I already have a POS. Why would I need this?
Keep it — Scoreable doesn’t touch your payments or your bookings. It reads the sales report your POS already produces and turns it into scorecards, watch-outs, and one weekly move. Your POS tells you what happened. Scoreable tells you what to do about it.
Will my team actually use it?
There’s no data entry for them to skip — the numbers come from the report you already send. Each person gets their own home and scorecard, a roadmap with real rewards, and a spot on the leaderboard. People look when it’s about them.
How long does it take to set up?
Setup is a guided checklist: your roles, your services, your team. Scorecards fill in the moment your first report lands. The longest step is usually finding the export button in your POS.
My reports are a mess. Will this even work?
Recognized exports — Squire, Boulevard, Vagaro, Booksy, plain CSV — parse instantly. Anything else goes through the AI parser, and you review what it found before it counts. Matching is confirm-once: tell Scoreable that “M. Rodriguez” is Marcus one time and it remembers.
Is my data safe?
Your clients’ names, emails, and phone numbers are never stored — they’re one-way hashed before they touch the database, so retention math works without keeping identities. Access inside your shop is role-based: your team sees their own performance, not your financials.
